What is the Cervana Pro?

The Cervana Pro is a 4-head cervical massager that combines EMS pulse technology with deep infrared heating to relieve neck pain, stiffness, and tension. It offers 16 intensity modes and is designed for daily use at home or at the office.

How does it work?

The four rotating massage heads target key tension points in your neck and shoulders, mimicking the technique of a physical therapist. The deep heating function relaxes tight muscles and improves blood circulation. Simply wrap it around your neck, select your mode, and relax for 10 minutes.

Is it painful?

Not at all. The Cervana Pro has 16 intensity levels. Start on mode 1 (gentle) and gradually increase. The heating function adds soothing warmth. Most users describe it as deeply relaxing from the very first session.

How long should I use it per session?

We recommend 10-15 minutes per session, 1-2 times daily. Most customers feel noticeable relief from the first use.

Can I use it at my desk?

Absolutely. The Cervana Pro is quiet, lightweight (~250g), and doesn't require you to lie down. Many of our customers use it during their lunch break or between meetings.

How long does the battery last?

One full charge lasts approximately 2 weeks with daily 10-minute sessions. It charges via USB-C in about 90 minutes.

How fast is shipping?

We ship from a US warehouse. Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days. Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to Canada, UK, and Australia.
